Franc Sturino is a history professor at York and an expert on the Italian immigrant community in Canada. He has written two books on Italian immigration to North America: Arrangiarsi: The Italian Immigration Experience in Canada, and Forging the Chain. Prof. Sturino teaches a course in Italian history, and can also discuss Italian politics (especially Northern separatism), migration into Italy, and Italian regionalism.
