Souha R. Ezzedeen holds a PhD in Business Administration and is a tenured associate professor of human resource management. Her research interests focus on topics at the intersection of executive work, gender, and work-life balance.

Souha R. Ezzedeen joined the School of Human Resource Management in 2007. She was previously at the Pennsylvania State University School of Business Administration in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, she was a doctoral student and visiting instructor at the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management (now, School of Business), where she completed her PhD in Business Administration with a focus on human resource management and organizational behavior and development. Souha's research interests focus on topics at the intersection of executive work, work-life balance, and gender, focusing specifically on the advancement of women in organizations and the gendered career advancement and work-life balance strategies of executive men and women. Her research has appeared in Psychological Reports, Journal of Leadership Studies, and Organizational Dynamics among others and has been cited in a number of local and international news outlets including the Globe and Mail, the Financial Times, and the Wall Street Journal. She is also the recipient of numerous research awards and commendations. She is a two-time winner of the Michael J. Driver Best Careers Paper in the Regions Award presented at the Eastern Academy of Management Conference and her papers have been selected as best papers for awards including the Emerald Literati Network “Highly Commended” Award for Outstanding Papers and the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for Excellence in Work-Family Research. Souha has also been engaged in college-level teaching since the year 2000 and is the recipient of numerous teaching awards and commendations including The George Washington University Distinguished Teaching Assistant Award and the Harrisburg Chapter Beta Gamma Sigma Professor of the Year Award.
