Tanja Juric specialises in moral philosophy and political subjectivity, with particular reference to social diversity and the law. Her current research focuses on human rights and citizenship in multicultural democracies, and asks how values of cultural neutrality and inclusion might be impacted by changes in legislation, such as those recently seen in Bill C-24 and Bill C-51.
